If you are on the dashboard wanting to sign out, and you receive the message shown below, here are the steps to complete the process.

Steps to Signing-out

1. On your browser, click on the “extensions” icon (puzzle icon).
   

2. On the pop-up window, click on “Manage extensions”.

3. Within the Beep extension container, click on the toggle to switch Beep off.
   

4. Open the dashboard (to find out how, click here).

5. Click on the upper-right corner of the dashboard (where your avatar, name and username are displayed).

6. On the pop-up window that appears, click on “Sign out”.

7. Click the “Sign out” button on the pop-up window to confirm.
   

8. Sign out is successful once you arrive at the login page shown below.
