- wait for the page to finish loading,
- or, manually stop the loading by:

Does Beep slow down internet performance?
No. Beep was designed to allow users to navigate the web as efficiently as possible.
It does not impact site loading speed. In fact, if you check your browser’s task manager, you’ll see Beep has little to no memory/performance consumption.
Where does the issue come from?
A long loading time is a result of either poor internet connection or the site you are trying to access has some issues (e.g., slow site speed, temporary downtime, etc.).
