What is “Edit with AI / Imagine”?

This feature allows you to get help from our in-built AI (ChatGPT-4) to suggest alternatives to any text or image elements on any live website! The tool is a simple way to ‘imagine’ how the website could potentially look with edited elements. And it is important to note that these changes are only visible to you and cannot actually be published.

How to use “Edit with AI”

1. Open the browser where you have Beep installed.

2. Press “Alt/Option + I” on your keyboard to prompt the imagine tool (you should see your cursor change into a magic wand).

3. Hover on the element you wish AI to suggest alternatives to (can be text or image elements). You will see a purple box outline that element.

4. Click on that element:
   • For text elements, you will see the pop-up window below appear.
     

     • Clicking on the “Rephrase (AI)” button will let AI suggest alternatives to the wording of that selected text.

     • Clicking on the text-alignment icon will allow you to visualize how the text will look if aligned to the left, center or right.

     • Clicking on the font-size icon will allow you to visualize how the text will look in different font sizes.

     • Clicking on the font-color circle will allow you to visualize how the text will look in different colors.

     • Clicking on the trash icon will close the window (all previous edits will still be saved)

   • For image elements, you will see the prompt pop-up window below appear:
     

     1. Type in the prompt field the image you want AI to generate for you (the more specific and clear, the better the result)

     2. Click on the “Generate” button. The AI will then begin generating the images and a loading bar will appear.

     3. After the loading completes, you will be given image suggestions. Click on the image you prefer.

     4. The AI-generated image will replace the original image. If you are happy, you can save that image to your computer.

     5. To send this suggestion to someone, simply create and send a beep to them (click here to learn how).

How to refresh the changes back to the original

To cancel all the edits and refresh them back to original, simply refresh the webpage by:

• clicking on the refresh icon on the browser

• or, pressing F5 on your keyboard while on the browser.
