Introduction
Similar to hashtags, project folders help you organize the beeps you create. Beeps you assign to specific project folders can be viewed as one collective list.
Unlike the hashtags, projects can be assigned to your team. This allows your teammates to also assign beeps they create to that shared project folder. Additionally, all the beeps contained within this shared project folder can be viewed and commented on by the entire team.

1. Creating a Project Folder
- On your browserās extension toolbar, click on the Beep icon.
- Once the Beep extension window appears, click on the ā# organizeā tab.
- By default, the āprojectsā tab will be displayed.
- Click on the ācreate projectā button.
- In the field, type the name you wish to give your project.
- (This step only applies if you have a team) Click the toggle below depending on how you want to assign the project:
- If you want the project assigned and visible to your team = toggle to the right, colored purple, saying āteamā
- If you want the project to only be visible to you = toggle to the left, colored grey, saying āprivateā
- Finally, click on the ācreate projectā button.
- If you want to create more projects:
- Follow steps 1.1 to 1.3.
- Click on the purple āaddā button
- Follow steps 1.5 to 1.7.
2. Adding Beeps to Project Folders
- While creating a beep, click on the āfolderā button.
- Click on the project you wish to assign that beep to.
- Using the toggle above the āSaveā button, select whether you want this beep to also be visible to your team or only to yourself (āprivateā).
- Click on the āSaveā button.
- You will see the comment box disappear and your avatar spinning. The word, ācreatingā¦ā, will appear beside your avatar.
- The beep has successfully been saved/shared once you see the word, āaddedā, appear.
3. Viewing your Project Folders
- On your browserās extension toolbar, click on the Beep icon.
- Once the Beep extension window appears, click on the ā# organizeā tab.
- By default, the āprojectsā tab will be displayed.
- Locate the project folder you wish to view (scroll down if necessary).
- Click the āopen allā button of that project folder
- A window will open up showing all the beeps you assigned to that project.
4. Navigating Project Folders
- Left-Side Panel
- On the left, a large panel shows the beepsā screenshots displaying an avatar marking where on the page the beep was left.
- With your cursor positioned over the left panel, you can scroll down to view more screenshots.
- You can hover your cursor over the beep avatars to view that beepās comment.
- Clicking an avatar on any screenshot will automatically bring up that beepās comment on the right panel.
- Right-Side Panel
- The smaller panel on the right contains the beepsā comments. They are arranged in the same order as the screenshots on the left. This panel is used to reply to beeps and to visit the pages.
- With your cursor positioned over the right panel, you can scroll down to view more comments.
- You can reply to individual beeps by clicking on ā0 replyā of that beep, a reply box will appear. Simply type your reply and click the paper airplane button to send.
- To visit the webpage referred to by the beep, click on the link of that beep. Once on the webpage, you can maximize the Beep toolbar and click the ālocateā button to see the exact position the beep was left on the page.
5. Sharing Projects with Others
You can share these project folders with anyone and they will see all the beeps contained within. Itās a great way of sending feedback in bulk instead of having to share them one at a time.

- Click on the āProjectsā category on the left-side of the window.
- Click on the copy link icon of the project you wish to send.
- Share the copied link with anyone
