Introduction
Beep allows you to add attachments to every beep you save or send. This helps increase the clarity of your explanations, requests or tasks as you are able to give samples of what you want (e.g., specific design or asset).
How to Attach Files to Beeps
- On your browser, press “Alt/Option” + “C” on your keyboard to prompt Beep creation mode. You should see your cursor turn purple.
- Click anywhere on the page you wish to create your beep.
- On the comment box that appears, click on the button with a paperclip icon (displayed on the lower-left corner of the comment box).
- A window will appear where you can select the file/s you wish to add to the beep (currently, there is a total size limit of 50MB).
- Click “Open” once you’re done selecting the attachments.
- On the beep comment box, resume typing in your comment, make a screen-recording (optional), assign the beep to a project (optional), insert a hashtag (optional), and tag your teammate/s (optional).
- Finally, click on the “Save/Send” button.
