Answer:

If you have already followed the steps laid out in this article, and you’re still having problems adding a user to your team, this can be caused by one of the following:

A) They are already part of a team

At the moment, only 1 team is allowed per user. A user who has joined/created a team cannot be added or invited to join another. To fix this issue:

• they need to request their current team admin to remove them from the team. Once done, you can then invite them onto your team.

• or, they can create a new account on Beep using another email address. Once done, you can then invite them onto your team.

B) Wrong username

Don’t worry - it happens. In Beep, usernames are also case sensitive, so you will need to type all characters accurately for it to work. To fix this issue:

• ask them to confirm and resend their username. Then ensure you accurately insert it into the username field when sending out their invitation.

C) You found a bug
