Allowing Beep to use your mic
When you decide to record your screen with Beep first time, you will be asked to allow access to your mic. In case you didn’t allow access or missed the notification, here is how you can enable it.
- If you are using Google Chrome as your browser, type chrome://extensions/ in the address bar and press enter. If you use any other browser, just find the page with all of your installed extensions (Extension icon on browser → “Manage extensions”).
- Click on “Details” button on the Beep extension
- Click “Site Settings”
- You will see “Permissions”. Navigate to Microphone and change its setting from “Block” to “Allow”.
